Subject: why does this code fail?

this code shows a concave corner with tool comp error.

its just a small segment. why does it fail?

in mach3 it actually makes a gouge. i wanted to see if kmotion could handle it better.

Hi,

Looks like line N320 forms a 3mm 90 degree left turn with radius compensation on the left.  It is not possible to fit a round tool into a square corner.  KMotionCNC doesn't allow this.
